C2665dnf Touchscreen bottom icon row not responding
In my C2665dnf the touchscreen is basically working except for the bottom icon row.
Below and above the bottom icon row, the touchscreen is responding normally.
Usually i would say that the touchscreen is defect, however in this case, it is absolutely unlogical that only exactly the region mentioned is affected.
I would diagnose that there is a software bug that prevents the bottom icons to be selected.
Does anybody have the same issue and got a solution?
Unfortunately, i can not reset/erase the printer since the factory reset needs pressing buttons in the affected region
