C1765NF Error Code 007-371

Hello,

I bought a C1765NF printer on eBay and it's been working good until recently. 

A error popped up, 007-371, and after several restarts it will not go away.

I've tried googling but haven't found anything of substance for my model.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
