C1760NW, document hub fails to connect, resolved

I previously used Dell Document Hub app to print from my Android phone to a C1760nw printer.  After replacing my router, the Dell Document Hub app fails to connect to the printer.  I can print from my Windows 10 Dell laptop with no problem.  When I open the Device Monitor in the Document Hub app, it clearly shows my printer in the 'ALL PRINTERS ON 'OFFICE NETWORK' list, but when I try to select that printer it fails to connect.  Any suggestions?

Fix = I changed the printer to Auto TCP/IP and everything cleared up. New IP address and Document Hub was happy.

I had this issue. Solved, for me by switching off android mobile's VPN.
