C1760NW A4 colour laser printer

Could someone please help. My printer will print 1 2 or 3 pages, and stop printing, and then the screen reads LOAD PAPER FOLIO. CHECK PAPER SIZE 024-914. and LOAD PAPER PLAIN. alternately. Thank you.

Here are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Make sure that you are using the correct paper size and type that is supported by your printer. Check the paper tray settings in the printer driver to ensure that it matches the paper size and type you are using.

  2. Check if the paper guides in the tray are set to the correct position and are snugly holding the paper.

  3. Clean the paper feed rollers using a lint-free cloth moistened with water. Make sure the rollers are dry before loading the paper back in.

  4. Try reloading the paper tray with a smaller stack of paper, around 50 sheets, and see if the issue persists.
