B2375dnf printer won't scan

I have this printer hooked up to a Dell Inspiron 17 5000 laptop running win 10.  I have reinstalled the software with current version and tried changing usb ports and cable.  It will print fine but when trying to scan off the printer dashboard it lets me select the destination and click the green arrow to submit but then it will not feed through the document and gives a "resources busy or not available" error.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?
