B2375dfw printer

Our Dell B2375dfw displays the following message in the control panel "Internal Memory Issue. Printer is recovering to factory default mode."  The printer is non responsive to all of the control panel functions and the aforementioned message does not go away; however, you can print to the device but all other functions are unavailable.

Any solutions?

Clear all settings using Service Mode

* Press Home, Job Status and Info buttons in succession and hold each one after pressing until all of them are pressed. Hold for 2 seconds
* When the password input window appears, touch the input box
* Enter "1934"
* Press the arrow button in the bottom right
* The Service Mode menu will be displayed
* Press "Test Routine"
* Press "Other"
* Press "Memory Clear"
* Choose your country and press "Start"
* This menu resets the system to factory default settings. This function is used to reset the system to the initial value when the product is functioning abnormally. All of the values are returned to the default values, and all of the information, which was set by the user, will be erased

I received this printer free from my company and could not get it to work all the time.  I finally found this post.  I just replaced the SD card in my printer and it is also giving me an internal error.  However, the card I took out was a 4g and the one I had on hand was 16g.  Is the 16g too large for it to handle or is it because the card was empty without drivers etc....?  I just need to know if I should replace it again with smaller gigabyte card or follow the service guide below and reset the printer to factory....  I can not believe all the options on this printer that were not there before.  This SD card must have been the reason they were getting rid of the printer!!
