B2375dfw Default From: Address does not save.
The Scan to Email function always asks for a from: e-mail address before scan-to-email will function properly. We have a fairly long .com and it's taking 3 to 5 minutes to scan a single document because of this issue.
Steps taken to resolve this issue:
Change & Apply Default from: e-mail at Machine Settings > Scan to Email > General (From: email matches SMTP settings)
Change & Apply Default from: e-mail at Machine Settings > Email & Fax > Change Default (From: email matches SMTP settings)
Added from: email to address book.
Updated printer firmware to Dell_2375dnf_dfw_A06_V4.70.01.28_idle.hd
Restart printer after changes are applied in /sws/index/
SMTP is working and sending emails successfully. The only issue is that printer always says there is no default email and prompts user to enter From: e-mail address.
Has anyone else resolved this issue? Thanks in advance!

Print out network settings from the printers menu.
There will be an IP adress - put it in your browser.
Log in - admin admin
Go to Settings>Machine Settings>Scan to email>General>Default To: add your e-mail.
