b1265dfw : scanning over UTP cable problem

I have a B1265dfw printer /scanner. Used to be connected with USB, scanning from PC worked good. Now I switched from USB connection to network/ethernet connection, using UTP (LAN) cable. 

Now, printing works well, however scanning results in error: No scanning device found error message is displayed.

What is causing the problem? What to do to fix this (so scanning is possible over UTP cable)?
