B1160W with Inspiron 3531

I cannot get the B1160W printer driver to install on my new Inspiron 3531 Windows 8.1 64-bit. I tried downloading the driver from dell support but it still did not work. It goes through all the setup then comes up with a message saying the driver is not available and to contact the manufacturer. Weird part is it continues and then says it installed correctly. However, it obviously does not and will not print a test page. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
