Automatically changing from Eng Us to Eng CMS - Annoying

Hi,

I am encountering this a lot. My keyboard is shifting from Eng US t Eng CMS without even I have selected it, which is very annoying, especially if I am typing a password. This was never the case with the Lenovo brand. So please help me in this respect.
