Download and install the latest firmware for your D-Link DPR-1260 from here

Disconnect the printer. Download and install this patch. It will completely remove the printer from the computer. Run the patch on both machines. Restart the computers.

Fix your network first.

Update the firmware in your wireless router. Manufacturer's website, make and model needed.

Broadcast SSID. (You may want to change this to make the new connection easier)

Use WPA-PSK(TKIP) securityMost devices work better with WPA security)

Mixed b and g mode(n if available)

Use chanels 1, 6 or 11. Most devices work better on these channels.

Save and exit.

Power everything off for 30 seconds and them power everything back on. Try and connect to your new connection.

Now to setup the print server. Your print server came with a disk. Connect the print server to the computer via USB or Ethernet cable.(follow the instructions) Insert the disk and set it up for the new network. When finished, then follow these instructions to install the printer on each computer.

Download the drivers from here.

XP Drivers

Vista 32-bit Drivers

Install the drivers on each machine, choose network, choose add, then choose print server and follow the instructions. Do this with both machines.

Scanning

Scanning using USB connection, open the Dell All-In-One Center, click on scanning and copying and scan from there.

Scanning wirelessly, use the scan buttons on the printer.
