825cdw blurry color printing
I have an 825cdw printer and I'm having issues when printing in color. When printing in color, the color part of documents shows up all blurry while the non color stuff looks ok. When I print in greyscale, the printout looks fine.
I have tried resetting defaults.
I have did an auto adjust for colors. (Color registrations)
I have the latest dell printer firmware as of 2/25/2018.
I have the latest dell print drivers as of 2/25/2018.
Is there any other recommended steps?

1 Make sure that the toner cartridges are installed correctly. See "Installing a Toner Cartridge." If the problem persists, proceed to step 2.
2 Make sure that the drum cartridges are installed correctly. See "Replacing the Drum Cartridges" and "Installing a Drum Cartridge." If the problem persists, proceed to step 3.
3 Replace the drum cartridges. See "Replacing the Drum Cartridges."
a Start the Tool Box on Dell Printer Hub or Dell Printer Management Tool. NOTE: • For details about how to start the Tool Box, see "Tool Box."
b click Chart Print on the Diagnosis tab.
c Click Pitch Configuration Chart for verification
