1355cnw Dell Document Hub won't allow access to printers

I am trying to print e-mail from my iPad, and iPhone, using the Dell Document Hub App., but when I pull up Print from the Forward menu, all printers are locked, and I get "The security of this connection could not be verified." error.  How do I unlock the printers, so that I can select them?  I can go to Document Hub directly, and connect to the printer, no problem, even print from the App., but when I try through e-mail, or directly from the web, all printers are locked down.
