1355cn software install issues Win10

I have clean install of windows 10 on a Dell Venue11 7130

I have a Dell 1355cn Multi Function Laser Printer.

I was able to install printer and fax at second or third attempt however the Dell document hub never recognized the scanner. I read in Dell support that in this case I should uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

Ok now i have done that many many times and can only get the printer recognized as printer not fax and not scan. In fact the Dell Document hub does not recognize it as a Dell Printer at all now. I can print to it too. 

Please help I need this working .
