1320c printing errors (duplex & bypass tray)

Duplex printing just stopped one day.  Followed directions, eventually did a reset.  Now it doesn't recognize the paper tray.  Will only print through bypass tray.  Run scans & says no errors.  Says driver is current.  Only time it prints from main tray is immediately after reset when it runs test pages.  If I run test page from computer, it won't print.  Not sure if it's a printer issue or a Windows 10 issue.  Any advice is appreciated.  Have never had any issues with the printer.
