1320c printer printing only half page

Firstly, I have had years of reliable use from this printer. A color laser printer that has served me well.

On my last day of use(upgraded to another printer on sale)  pulled jammed page half way out and now it only prints half a page. Help!

Could it be that the page  setting needs to be recalibrated?

Also, why isn't the service tag <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
on it recognised?
