016-317 Restart Printer Error on C1765nfw

Okay, I tried to update my firmware on the C1765nfw, ran the firmware update utility on my PC found my printer on the network, start running the update. It came up with lost connection, and the printer was saying downloading.

Then the pc says failed to update and close program, so I did. the Printer still said downloading but nothing happening, turned off printer and then I got 016-317 error.

Looked on the forums and found go to CE Mode, tried this and put password in and then back to 016-317 error.

can get by pressing up, down, menu I get to a page saying Download sp2, put password in the it say load firmware, great but everytime I plug usb cable into my PC it crashes the pc, Windows 10.

Any ideas please?
