Win 10 to Win 11 upgrade
I have TPM 1.2 and it seems 2.0 is needed. Can I still upgrade to win 11?

Only by bypassing the TPM check on installation.

I have a Precision 5520 with a 4k Screen. A latitude 5250, and a 5480 All before All running Win11 pro, despite Windows update and Dell assist saying these laptops cant run Win11. Only thing that's stopping you running win11, is 3 bios settings, tick boxes There's a couple of YT vids showing how to do it.
But MS have realised, there losing out not allowing Win11 on old laptops,
All you have to do is go to the MS website, find the "windows 11 media creation tool download" Then just run the programme. A clean Win11 is installed. And you get all the updates
