Which DW5809e part number for M6800 — 0453K0 or 0K2W44?
I have a Precision M6800, <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
that did not come with a WWAN but I want to add one to it. Minimum cellular networks compatibility should be the EMEA region, but the wider (i.e., the more comprehensive) the better. Anyhow, I said to myself okay let's get DW5809e for this mission, but from what I see it comes under (at least) two discreet Dell p/n's: namely, 0453K0 and 0K2W44. So, what's the difference between those two, and which one should I choose? As always, thank you very in advance! 😊

The only officially supported WWAN cards for the M6800 are the DW5570 and DW5808, both of which are mPCIe form factor.
The DW5809e that you are talking about is not supported and is also of the M.2 form factor, meaning that even if it did work you'd need to use an mPCIe to M.2 adapter board which would potentially make it so that you can no longer fit the bottom cover properly.
