WD22TB4 doesn't recognize the native screen resolution 1920x1200
Hi all,
using the USB-C to HDMI adapter and the HDMI to DVI cable, my external monitor, that has the DVI input only, works fine at the native resolution of 1920x1200 (and the same using a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter connected to a DisplayPort to DVI adapter and a DVI cable).
Connecting the same HDMI or DisplayPort adapter/cable to the WD22TB4, the max resolution I can select is instead 1920x1080 instead of 1920x1200.
The 1920x1080 image is poor in quality, so I'd like to have it back to 1920x1200.
It seems that the WD22TB4 is already updated.
How can I solve the issue? Does someone have some experience with that?
Thanks

I have the same issue with DisplayPort to DVI adapter. I've tried two different adapter brands/models and get the same results with both.
This WD22TB4 is just a waste of money for me with this low resolution. I wish I would have just stuck with using the remote desktop solution that I was using before I purchased the dock.
UPDATE:
I found a workaround. Seems to be working just fine.
