VT-x Enabled in BIOS but Detected as Disabled on Dell Precision 5550

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue with my Dell Precision 5550 laptop (i7-10850H) running Windows 11 (version 24H2). Despite enabling Virtualization Technology (VT-x) in the BIOS, it is detected as disabled by software like LeoMoon CPU-V.

Here are the steps I have already tried to resolve the issue:

  1. Verified that VT-x and VT-d are enabled in the BIOS.
  2. Disabled Hyper-V and ensured it is turned off via PowerShell.
  3. Checked and updated the BIOS to the latest version.
  4. Verified that security software is not blocking VT-x.
  5. Confirmed that Memory Integrity in Core Isolation settings is turned off.
  6. Ran Intel Processor Identification Utility, which shows the CPU supports VT-x.

However, the problem persists, and VT-x remains unavailable for virtual machine applications.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions from the community. Has anyone else encountered and resolved a similar issue?

Thank you for your support!
