Video GPU Upgrade on a Dell Precision 7720 Laptop
Please help me with some technical advice...
In short, what it's about: I have a Dell Precision 7720 laptop that I want to upgrade. I have an NVIDIA Quadro P3000 video card on this laptop that I want to replace with the NVIDIA Quadro P4000 model. I would like to point out that the Dell Precision 7720 laptop is compatible with the P3000, P4000 and P5000 video cards. I bought the P4000 video card on E-bay, I put it in the laptop instead of the P3000 but the laptop does not see it at all, not even in the BIOS. It does not give any error but it does not appear anywhere. Only the integrated Intel video card is present. How should I proceed so that I can install it and configure it so that the laptop can see it...?! Any advice and suggestions are welcome. I saw that many people did this upgrade and didn't have any problems, everything was plug & play, but for me it doesn't even appear in the Bios so I can configure and set it...
Thank you and I await your opinions and advice.

First question for the seller is, "is the card a Dell OEM card"? If it's not, you may have issues.
Second question for the seller is, "is the card known to be working"?

@ejn63
I spoke with the seller beforehand and he said that the P4000 video card was installed on a Dell Precision 7720 laptop similar to what I have and before buying it he sent me photos of the laptop display where it was located, both from the Bios and from the device manager, showing that it was present in both the Bios and the device manager. During transport it was impossible for anything to get damaged because it was very well packaged and placed in a metal box.
