Unhappy with product quality DELL Precision 3551

Hi, I've been a DELL user for over 20 years and one of my reasons for buying DELL is the high reliability of the laptops.

Which is why I'm very disappointed with the quality of the Precision 3551 I purchased 3.5 years ago:

- USB-C slot for power connection broke down within a year, I was forced to switch to the 7.5mm round power slot using the adapter from a previous laptop

- shift and arrow keys started misfunctioning within 3 years, I have been forced to order a new keyboard

- internal power manager now tells me that the internal battery is no longer delivering sufficient power and must be replaced

Would like to know if this is the new DELL standard for high-end laptops.
