Transfer ownership without knowledge of previous owner
Hi all, I am unable to transfer ownership as I am unaware of the previous owner's details. Furthermore, my computer was registered in USA but I bought it used in Singapore (I am based in Singapore). What should I do?

You have two options:
1. Return the system to the seller for a refund
2. Keep the system, realizing it's an unsupported, no-warranty orphan system.
You cannot transfer ownership with Dell without knowing the current, registered owner's name and details.
