Touchpad non-responsive
Over the last few weeks I noticed that the touchpad on my Precision 3580 was getting quite jittery. IN the last few days it's become non-responsive or it will suddenly move the cursor across the screen and it now of no use at all.
I've checed drivers and run every possible update so I'm a little lost what to do next.

One thing we did recently for a Dell Pro 14 with touchpad issues was reseating all of the cables connected to the touchpad. You should have access to them by removing the battery. You could also try a light touch of contact cleaner on the connectors too if you notice a lot of dust in there. Not a guaranteed fix but easy enough to do.
