touchpad and mouse not working properly

Since a few days now, the touchpad on my Dell Precision 5560 has not been working correctly. You have to swipe the touchpad for a few seconds until it recognizes the input. I thought it was a hardware defect, ran a hardware scan and unscrewed the notebook. I cleaned it of dust, the battery was also fine.

Since yesterday, the same problem has been occurring with my Bluetooth mouse. If I don't move my mouse for a few seconds, it doesn't react and I have to move it around for a few seconds so that it recognizes the input again.

I have already installed several drivers (BIOS, driver library from Dell Command Update, mouse keyboard and input devices) but no success.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!
