Tired of this 7680
Fresh Windows install some weaks ago because of network problems and already power management.
Yesterday, leaving office with 100% battery. In the evening at home, the computer was so hot in my bag.
This morning, I had to plug it because no start : battery at 0.
What <Prohibited word or character substitution used. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin> is this "professional" computer for thousand of €. My personal and old Dell G15 is far better. I'm really tired of playing with standby etc.
Nothing in Windows update, last bios 1.26.0 and I dont want to go with hibernate or whatever. Just want to close the lid and open it without trouble.
Dell please come and get this and exchange it.

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
