System freeze during startup with Nvidia GPU enabled - Dell precision 5520

I have a Dell Precision 5520. It freezes on startup, i.e., the login page. I tried reinstalling drivers (with and without DDU), cleaning the device, and reapplying the thermal paste. When I log in to safe mode and disable the Quadro M1200 GPU, it uses the Intel graphics 630 and works, but I would like to use my GPU. I was looking at instructions for undervolting but MSI afterburner didn't work. I am looking for suggestions.
