Set preference for USB Power Delivery?

I have a Dell branded power supply giving 100W power over USB-C.

I have a third party (Sabrent USB Type-C Dual 4K Universal Docking Station with Power Delivery) docking station that gives 60 W power over USB-C.  my laptop needs the 100W, but if I unplug the docking station and plug it back in, the system switches from 100W power delivery to 60W power delivery.  Some time later I'll receive a low battery warning.  If I unplug the 100W power and plug it back in, suddenly the system realizes it has power available and it starts recharging.  How can I tell the system to prefer the 100W power delivery when 60W is plugged in?
