Service Tag not fully recognized on Dell Website

I have recently bought a used Dell Precision 5530 and when I try to go on Dell Support Website, it detects my laptop correctly but it says following:

See issue highlighted in yellow.

Please can you advise what is the issue? Why my laptop is not being fully recognized?

That is a question your seller needs to answer.  If you do not get a satisfactory answer, return the unit for a refund.

@ejn63​ thanks but the laptop is out of dell warranty...its a used one sold with seller warranty. Will it really matter? The Service tags works using Support Assist app and I am able to download drivers etc but the warranty info is not available(which I am not bothered about anyway). I was jsut thinking if anyone can tell me why this error of service tag happens?

The only thing to be careful of is setting any security such as powerup or drive passwords -- if you do and lose them, you will not have access to having them reset by Dell.
