Screen Freezes until I close and open the lid.

Occassionally while I am using my computer the screen will freeze until I close and open the lid.  The computer continues to run normally while the screen is frozen.  I've updated the graphics drivers and Dell Support Assist did not find any issues.  I've tried googling the issue but using the term "Freezes" in a computer troubleshooting search provides way too many unnecessary results.  Has anyone run into this before?  It's a Dell Precision 5550.

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup service.

So Dell has been working with me on the issue and it appears that I have more problems than just my computer freezing.  It's likely a hardware issue with the gfx card but I am also having Docking station issues, mismatched service tag, BIOS Diags don't see anything wrong... The Dell team is currently working on it.

I have this problem with my XPS 9500 (i7/FHD+/1650Ti) too. Unfortunately, ProSupport has expired for 2 weeks...

All Divers/FW are up to date. Any idea how can I fix it myself?
