Replacement Keyboard not OEM safe?
Greetings,
I need to replace my keyboard. Now, the place www.parts-people.com is out of stock for OEM keyboards. I did a search and could only find "Genuine" Dell keyboard. Is it save to purchase a non OEM product?

Absolutely. There is nothing in a Dell keyboard that makes it only compatible with Dell systems. I have had a number of Dell systems with 3rd party keyboards and never had a problem. In addition those Dell keyboards are made for Dell by major manufacturers and in many case are rebranded with the Dell name.

Do you know of any videos you could recommend on how to install it? I could just search YT. Is it relatively easy?
