Random Hard drive error

My Dell 5550 is about 3 year old. It often randomly frozen from the beginning. But I can close the lid and reopen it, the it becomes normal. But in recent 2 weeks, things are really getting worse. The lap top will be no response and then gives “Hard drive not installed ” blue screen. 

I followed the online instructions and run the BIOS test, every time it show everything is fine. I spent over $2000 for this laptop because I wanted a workstation. It is very disappointing it caused too much troubles. 

I have bought over 6 dell laptops. This one is the most expensive one and the worst one!!
