Random balck screen flashes on Dell precision 5540

Hi, I just bought this Precision 5540 workstation used, and it turns out there is something wrong with the Intel 630 gpu. I experience random black screens for half a second. I cannot find any pattern it is really random. I went on event viewer, and that's where it showed me that I had this error:
