Quality issue on 3571

I bought a 3571 in November of 2022. In February of 2024, it failed and required a motherboard replacement.  While I was pleased with the support personnel and repair process, I don't believe a $1,500 laptop should have a catastropic failure (it wasn't a power surge) 3 months out of warranty.  I would like to escalate to someone within Dell for reconsideration on the warranty.   Thank you.
