Problem with Dell M6800 Keyboard and Trackpad

After turning on my laptop, the keyboard and trackpad do not work in Windows. When I plug in an external keyboard and check the Device Manager, I can't find the internal keyboard and trackpad; there are no unknown devices either. They function perfectly in the BIOS, but once I boot into Windows, they stop working.

I found a temporary solution: performing a hard shutdown of the laptop. When I turn it back on and boot into Windows, the keyboard and trackpad work normally until the laptop is powered off or put to sleep. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from Dell's website, and I’ve tested different operating systems (Windows 11, 10, and 8.1), but the problem persists across all of them.

It’s frustrating to lose keyboard and trackpad functionality when putting the laptop to sleep or turning it on, and having to shut it down again to regain functionality is inconvenient. I don’t understand why the keyboard and trackpad always work in the BIOS but then "disappear" when booting into Windows.

I need to solve this problem because I installed a RTX 3000 GPU in the laptop and want to sell it to move on to other projects. Any help is very appreciated.
