Precision m6800 dead motherboard

Hello, i have a problem with a precision m6800. The laptop is not working, the motherboard seems to be dead, no led light and seems to not have consumption from the AC adaptor. I was wondering if the problem was the two antenna cables from the second wiereless card slot. Those cables are touching each other. Is there a way to burn the laptop becouse of this?
