Precision M2800 update video driver

Want to confirm the "fix" I found in Dell Community for updating the M2800 video driver.

Basically, first install the 2017 AMD PCI bus driver (to solve the ULPS-related driver freeze) followed by an updated Firepro driver.

Why hasn't Dell officially added this fix somehow to your driver update pages? Instead, you have a 9 year old video driver available? Just saying ...

Anyway, thank you in advance for helping me with this issue and my Dell Precision workstation.
