Precision 7770 Realtek sound driver bug

I am running Windows 11 Pro after an upgrade from Windows 10. If I am on a MS Teams call for more than 10 minutes, I get a prolonged, loud buzzing noise from my laptop speakers and then Teams stops working. My IT department used the Dell utility to bring all of the drivers up to date and deleted and reinstalled Teams. Issue is still present.  I need to power cycle reboot to get Teams working again for another 10 minutes. I switched my sound device in Windows 11 to use a Bluetooth speaker and I am no longer having the issue. I suspect the Realtek driver has a bug. I am not certain if it is also related to migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Realtek driver is 6.0.9780.1 dated 12/27/2024

To resolve Teams audio buzzing and stopping, check that your headset is selected in Teams settings, disable audio enhancements in Windows, close conflicting applications, and ensure Teams and your operating system drivers are updated. If the issue persists, you may need to clear the Teams cache, disable hardware acceleration in Teams, or reinstall the Teams application.
