Precision 7770 Laptop wont USB boot to Synology Active Backup for Business recovery wizzard.

Hello,

I have one PC that simply will not boot the wizzard from the USB. Synology Active Backup for Business recovery wizard boot media is created using windows Windows ADK/PE.

The other 20 PCs I set up seem to boot it fine, and the one that wont boot ABB Wizard  has no issue booting several other bootable USBs I had nearby(clonezilla, tails).

I tried putting ABB Wizard on difffrent USBs, changed secure boot options, everything I could find reference to causing problems booting from USB.

The other PCs that it does work on have secure boot on.

The option shows up in the boot menu "UFEI USB DISK 3.0 <bunch of numbers and letters>"

Once clicked it goes to the Dell Logo screen with "Secure will Dell SafeBIOS" and just stays there forever.

Any Ideas? I've been fighting with this for days.
