Precision 7760: Unable to update BOIS from 1.40.1 to 1.41.1
I unable to update BOIS from 1.40.1 to 1.41.1 on Precision 7760 OS Ubuntu 25.04. A Firmware updater suggests to install a new version of a driver. It even downloads a necessary file, and suggest to reload the laptop. Afterwards the update stuck.
The same occurs when I try to update the BIOS online from the BIOS dashboard. Downloading a file does not results to any positive outcome.

Hi
Pretty much the same questions....
Give more details about the installed OS's etc etc.
There is some helpful parts in the document, but the recovery section would not, likely, be relevant.

Oh dear, I did write ....

I am currently running Deb 13, but may have been using Linux Mint when I posted, so I do have some idea.
I note you have upped your install to Ubuntu 25.10.
