Precision 7760, grainy, pixelated video from the built in camera

Hi. I've had camera issues recently. There are times when my camera doesn't work in a Google Meet or Zoom meeting. When it does work, it is very pixelated. I believe I've tried all the diagnostics and have updated all the drivers/firmware & BIOS. It doesn't help. Not sure what to do next.

It's a Dell Precision 7760 laptop running Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. The camera is the built-in one that came with the laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
