Precision 7750, support issue, not recognising a SSD in the intel RST firmware
My Precision 7750, with Prosupport, is not recognising a SSD in the intel RST firmware
"Support" agent Maria K has so far told me, untruthfully, that this laptop was not bought from Dell, that it doesn't have Raid, and that the Intel firmware must have been installed by me.
Does anyone know how to either get the firmware to recognise an additional SSD, to escalate this query to someone competent and honest, or which other laptops are raid capable, because after 20 years of having precisions it is clear that they are no longer the number one choice

An update.
Maria Krol has been claiming the operation of the system is excluded according to the terms of the story contract, but has now admitted she can't detail which clause that would be an she doesn't understand the contract at all
She has suggested that I JFGI to find the answer though
