Precision 7750 brightness issue after the last update

Hi all,

I have a Precision 7750 Workstation, i9 2.40 GHz CPU, 128GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 8GB, running Windows 10. Everything was going well until 5 days ago (September 25th) when Dell Command informed me of another update available. I installed it, as always. The update it did is called "NVIDIA Quadro Txxx0//RTX xxx0/RTX Axxx0/GeForce RTX xxx0 Graphics Driver and NVIDIA Control Panel Application", version 32.0.15.8092.

Afterwards, the screen started behaving very bizarrely in Windows. Basically, it appears to change brightness (and possibly contrast as well) of its own accord, quite suddenly and violently, depending on what is shown on the screen at that time and the amount of either white or colour it contains (I can't really figure out what triggers this behaviour). But the bottom line is that it's extremely annoying and hurts my eyes. Every time I open another website, app, document, photo, video, etc., it's a different brightness and the switch is visible. It's a bit like the adaptive brightness smartphones have, which adapts to external light, but in an annoying way because I don't want that and I don't need that on my laptop. I haven't changed any settings at all.

I have checked for more updates but I'm all up to date, both by Dell and by Windows. I couldn't find a way to uninstall the update. Please help. Thank you!
