Precision 7720 problem with charging the original battery.

Dell Precision 7720 (Intel Xeon E3-1535M v5)  will not charge the original battery. It gives an error that need to use only Dell batteries.
Original battery.
The power supply is original.
BIOS updated.
I tried connecting three different batteries, did a reset in the BIOS, deleted the battery in Windows Device Manager, pressed the power button for 30 seconds with the disconnected battery - the problem did not go away. The laptop works without problems when plugged power supply, but does not charge. If I turn off power unit and leave it running on battery power, the laptop starts to slow down and reduces the processor frequency.
I have another identical laptop. When connecting the same battery and power supply there are no problems.
I'm think a problem with the motherboard in the charging circuits because I found a half-broken double diode and replaced it but problem it not solved. Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem? Please tell me where to look for the source of the problem.
Sorry for bad english

At this point, the source of the problem doesn't really matter -- you need a replacement system board.

This is obvious and I understand it, which is why I ask those who have repaired motherboards, maybe they can tell me where to look for the problem.

If you want to continue troubleshooting, purchase a schematic for the board -- a diode failure is likely the symptom, not the cause of the issue.

Try www.laptop-schematics.com -- they do have the schematic for your board.

@ejn63 Tnx. I found the diagrams. I'll try to figure it out. But I won’t refuse to consult a specialist.
