Precision 7680

I have a Precision 7680 I purchased for my engineers, the biggest issue I have is the battery life not lasting more than an hour with nothing running in the background. I wanted to ask the community before I start the battle with support on additional troubleshooting steps. 

Battery has been replaced by Dell recently

Its an13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13850HX with 64 GB memory

Windows 11 Pro 

CAD, Rhino and AutoCAD primarily used

Ran Dell Command Update and updated to the latest Bios and chipsets. 

Started in safe mode with nothing running and still only got about an hour on battery life

This was a Refurbed unit from dell so someone already has beat it up before I got it, but again the battery is brand new. After the new battery was installed ran the laptop till it died then fully charged to condition it with no improvements on battery life. 

Any thoughts or ideas that I am missing here would be very helpful.
