Precision 7680 with WD19DCS & External Monitors

Work recently provided me a new laptop - Dell Precision 7680 and a WD19DCS docking station.  To make life more simple (or so I thought),  I purchased a new personal Dell Precision 7680 laptop (employer has some strict policies and restricts websites and installation of software/drivers unless installed remotely by company IT).

So, the new personal laptop will not render the remote monitors via docking station.  My work laptop (same model) will work perfectly.  When I look at the display settings, I can see the monitors are detected. When I attempt to duplicate the internal display to one monitor, the graphics never render and revert back to "disconnect this display" on its own.  When I try to extend the desktop onto the other display, it revertes back to "disconnect this display" on its own.  When I go into Intel Graphics Command Center, the external monitors are shown but cannot be enabled.

Under the device manager, there are no issues.  All Windows 11 operating system updates and Dell Command Updates are complete and up to date.  The docking station firmware has been confirmed to be up to date as well.

Upon contacting Dell Support, they claim that the problem has to be an operating system error and the laptop needs to be defaulted back to factory installation.  I've only had the laptop for 10 days and I've spent most of that time installing Office, updates, etc.  I really don't think that this is a OS issue, but instead a setting somewhere.

Any insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Connecting the monitor to your laptop directly without the docking station.  Then, test again.

There aren't any HDMI or display ports on my laptop.

Re:  There aren't any HDMI or display ports on my laptop.

A USB Type-C to DisplayPort adapter (sold separately) is required to connect a DisplayPort device.  HDMI port is located on the left side. HDMI 2.0a port (integrated graphics)/HDMI 2.1 port (discrete graphics)
