Precision 7560 won't boot after changing BIOS settings

I have my Precision 7560, and its spec before starting discussion

CPU: i9

RAM: 32 GB

1TB GB SSD

I had changed the settings in BIOS:

- Enable TXT

Then the laptop does not boot, except I see the keyboard backlight blinking twice, and charging light light up once. And just again and again.

I disconnect battery and reconnect it again, but it same.
