Precision 7560 won't boot after changing BIOS settings
I have my Precision 7560, and its spec before starting discussion
CPU: Xeon W-11955m
RAM: 16 GB 3200 ECC
256 GB SSD
BIOS version 1.11
I had changed the settings in BIOS:
Turn off intel turbo boost
Enable TXT
Then the laptop does not boot, except I see the keyboard backlight blinking twice, and charging light light up once. And just again and again. I try to reset my laptop by draining residue flea power and RTC reset, but no success

Disconnecting the battery cable, then reconnecting fixed the issue.
The Intel allowed TJunction is 100°C for the Xeon W-11955M. Junction Temperature is the maximum temperature allowed at the processor die.
You should test all Dell Power Manager- Thermal Management- Thermal Settings to find the "best" fit for your usage =
- Optimized
- Cool
- Quiet
- Ultra Performance
