Precision 7560 - Intel UHD drives not working

I have problem with Intel UHD ( Generic and Dell-OEM Drivers )

- All Pre_Windows application like Bios_Setup and Dell Diagnostic  System are displayed correctly ( so display hardware is fine )

- If i disabled Intel UHD in bios , my RTX A5000  works correctly ( so display hardware is fine )

- all Firmwares and  drivers  are UpToDate !

but  I got :
